Paul leads HABCO’s engineering, quality and supply chain operations. Before joining HABCO, Paul held various leadership positions in engineering, sales, manufacturing and quality-related functions for companies such as Berg Electronics, C&M and HID Global, where he was Operations Director of their Americas facilities.

Paul was a partner at Lean Depot, LLC, where his dynamic, hands-on rapid implementation approach to leading lean transformations resulted in substantial, sustained results. He holds a Degree in Production Engineering from the University of Limerick in Ireland and an MBA in business management from Quinnipiac University.
