Our goal is to provide the ultimate customer
experience by ensuring we manage each value stream appropriately and
avoid using a "one
size fits all" approach. This is why every value stream has a manager
responsible for all activities from RFQ through
installation and beyond. Appropriate metrics are in place to maintain
focus on lead-time reduction, on-time deliveries, internal and external
quality.
