Warranty Policy

HABCO INCORPORATED warrants that the system you buy will be free of defects in workmanship, material, and performance for a stated period, depending on product. Please refer to your operator manual for the warranty period.

HABCO will provide immediate emergency service, at no cost to the customer, to rectify the problem. “Emergency” service can be defined as any phone, fax, and email, drawing revision or transmittal, or any technical communication that can best resolve the issue. This also includes the sending of replacement spare parts, where available, or a temporary spare unit at no charge to the customer except for shipping costs.

Any material proven "defective" should be returned to HABCO’s main facility in CT for replacement or repair at HABCO's option. All shipping charges for replacement parts to be borne by purchaser, pre-paid. Any shipping damages must be reported to HABCO within 48 hours after receipt of equipment.

This warranty specifically excludes consequential or implied damages that may arise in conjunction with the use of this equipment.  In addition, the warranty will be voided if others sustain any damage as a result of faulty installation, mishandling of components, or modification of the system.

HABCO will not honor warranty repairs made by others without granting specific authorization in writing prior to such repairs.  All travel costs for qualified factory personnel and/or their representatives are the responsibility of the purchaser in the event an on-site claim is required.
